ABOUT THE GLOBAL ESG MONITOR
The focus of the Global ESG Monitor is to measure quality in sustainability reporting. Based on our expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, sustainability and corporate reporting, we help companies to improve their sustainability reporting and practices.
We provide data-driven insights that enable companies and their advisors to identify areas for improvement and set benchmarks in order to make well-informed decisions in the rapidly evolving landscape of sustainability reporting.
WHAT WE DO?
Originally founded by cometis and KOHORTEN in Germany, the Global ESG Monitor has since developed into an independent sustainability and ESG research platform. Our partners strive to be at the forefront of sustainability in order to provide their clients with the best possible advice and support.
HOW ARE WE FINANCED?
Such a project would not have been possible without partners. Since 2021, we have been successfully collaborating with various partners who believe in our vision and support us both financially and with their knowledge and experience from various fields.
In 2023 we are additionally supported with “Forschungszulage” by the German Ministry for Education and Research.

We now measure and assess transparency and quality of non-financial reporting using an impressive 700+ variables and thousands of data points. We offer our results to companies in various formats to help them to answer to relevant questions:
