Ariane Hofstetter is co-founder of the Global ESG monitor and Managing Director of KOHORTEN Sozial- und Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH & Co.KG. She has been developing research formats from a behavioral economics perspective for about 10 years.

Her main areas of interest include reception and learning behavior in an increasingly digitalized world, ESG, age research and women’s studies.

Coming from European ethnology, her research focuses on people and their motives with regard to market-relevant behavior, across cultural boundaries.

Since January 2016, Ariane Hofstetter has been managing director of KOHORTEN. The institute has been working interdisciplinary with a psychological focus since 1973. KOHORTEN works across Europe for marketing, human resources and product development. The institute is known for many pioneering works in market research, e.g. early price elasticity studies and conjoint analyses, but also depth psychological studies.

Michael Diegelmann is co-founder of the Global ESG Monitor and a board member and founder of cometis AG. Since 1998, he has gained a wealth of experience across the entire spectrum of investor relations.

IPOs, capital increases, ESG consultations, hostile and friendly takeovers (cross border), bond issues as well as corporate crises and all aspects of investor relations and financial media relations during the year are part of his specialty. Michael Diegelmann has a long-standing network of contacts to media, analysts, fund managers and many opinion leaders in the financial community. In addition, Michael Diegelmann is co-author of numerous specialist publications, including the bestseller “100 Financial Ratios” with more than 300,000 copies sold.

After studying “International Business Administration” in Wiesbaden, the USA, Canada and England, he worked for a Frankfurt brokerage house, as a project manager for an international consulting firm and as a freelance journalist.
